We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to drive our visual content strategy. This role requires a creative individual who can develop engaging graphics, edit compelling videos, and create multimedia content that aligns with our brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create visually appealing digital and print media, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and website assets.
  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects, adhering to established brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce innovative design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Prepare and present design ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making revisions as needed.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
Video Editing
  • Edit raw video footage into polished videos for social media, websites, advertisements, and other marketing channels.
  • Add visual effects, music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the final product.
  • Work with the marketing team to understand project goals and ensure that video content aligns with our brand strategy.
  • Optimize video content for different platforms, ensuring the best quality and format for each.
  • Stay updated on the latest video editing software, tools, and trends to continuously improve the quality of work.
Content Creation
  • Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including animations and infographics.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to produce cohesive and impactful content.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and social media engagement.
  • Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure that design and video projects meet objectives and timelines.
  • Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content strategy.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or similar.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
  • Familiarity with animation and motion graphics is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of photography and videography principles.
