A dynamic and ambitious professional is required to drive business growth as a Financial Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in Accounting, Commerce or BBA.

As a key member of the team, this individual will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate financial records.

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team environment.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is proficient in computerized accounting software and has experience in finance and operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash management
  • Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and achieve business objectives
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to maintain compliance and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and operations management
  • Proficient in computerized accounting software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
