Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with banks to obtain bank statements, account status, authorized signatories updates, and resolve account-related queries or issues.
  • Monitor and manage daily fund requirements, ensuring sufficient cash availability. Prepare and validate fund transfers, including cheques and RTGS, through the Oracle Financial Review. Verify the execution of transactions via bank statements. Resolve discrepancies promptly and coordinate with bankers for routine operational matters. Prepare settlement letters for government securities and money market transactions, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist with additional operational tasks as assigned by the line manager, contributing to team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Accounting & Finance).
  • 2-3 years' experience, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the life insurance industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
