Pashto Interpreter

We are seeking a highly skilled Pashto interpreter to work with diverse clients across various sectors, including healthcare, law, education, and immigration.

This role requires fluency in both English and Pashto languages, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Interpreting involves listening to, understanding and memorizing content in the source language, then reproducing the speech into the target language with 100% accuracy.
  • Conference, consecutive and public service interpreting
  • Liaising between service users and providers

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English or another language
  • BS/MS Degree in English Language, Literature, English Language Teaching (ELT) or TESOL
  • Any other interpreting related qualification
  • IELTS certificate with an overall band score of 6.5, including a minimum of 6.0 in each individual subtest
