Role Description

Our organization is seeking a highly organized and team-oriented individual to lead and manage the daily operations of our e-commerce platform. This role involves overseeing product uploads, order processing, promotional campaigns, and team coordination to ensure smooth e-commerce operations and strong performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate a small team of e-commerce support staff including product upload assistants, customer support, and fulfillment team members
  • Assign daily tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely execution of e-commerce workflows
  • Monitor team performance and provide training or feedback as needed to improve operational efficiency
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams (design, marketing, logistics) and external partners (couriers, developers)
  • Oversee product management on Shopify including uploads, categorization, pricing, and inventory tracking
  • Ensure high-quality product listings with optimized content and visuals for both Pakistani and UAE customer bases
  • Coordinate regular sales campaigns, promotions, and discount strategies in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Monitor and manage daily order flow, ensuring timely fulfillment and issue resolution
  • Handle courier integrations and logistics with vendors such as TCS, Leopards, Call Courier (Pakistan) and Aramex, DHL (UAE)
  • Suggest improvements to enhance user experience, store speed, and mobile responsiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years of Shopify e-commerce management experience with team handling responsibilities
  • Strong command over the Shopify platform, apps, and backend operations
  • Prior experience managing cross-functional teams or support staff
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Shopify analytics tools
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
