Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to optimize our infrastructure and ensure high uptime for our clients.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing clusters, right-sizing nodes, and streamlining upgrades using Kubernetes and Terraform.

You will also collaborate with engineers to migrate services and support CDC data layers, while partnering with the team to build SLOs and create incident playbooks.

To succeed in this role, you should have proficiency in Bash and at least one additional language (PHP, Python, or Node.js), as well as 3+ years of experience in Kubernetes, Terraform, and GCP/AWS.

Strong scripting skills for automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) are essential, as is the ability to communicate asynchronously in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage clusters and right-size nodes using Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • Build SLOs and create incident playbooks to reduce alert noise.
  • Implement service mesh and secure ingress layers to combat abuse.
  • Collaborate with engineers to migrate services and support CDC data layers.
Requirements
