Key Role: Digital Content Assistant

CEDRUS is seeking a creative and detail-oriented individual to support our digital marketing efforts. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in email marketing, social media content creation, and digital brand management.

We are a dynamic, remote-first team and you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day marketing activities while building the foundational skills needed for a successful career in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and creating engaging content for social media (posts, stories, videos, etc.) using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
  • Manage and regularly update Connect 2 Remote's social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, creating layouts, and tracking performance.
  • Draft content calendars and coordinate posting schedules to maintain consistent brand presence.
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies, campaign ideas, and outreach activities.
  • Monitor analytics across platforms to help assess content performance and suggest improvements.

About the Opportunity:

  • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
