Business Development Manager - Medical Billing
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing team in the U.S. healthcare outsourcing space. The ideal candidate will have a background in medical billing, accounts, or SaaS, with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead generation and outreach through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn messaging, and networking.
  • Sales support and coordination, including preparing proposals, pricing quotes, and pitch decks.
  • Client engagement, maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • CRM and reporting, including maintaining detailed records in CRM tools and providing weekly updates on leads, outreach performance, and closed deals.

Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development within medical billing.
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales outreach tools.
  • Understanding of U.S. medical billing platforms, such as Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athenahealth, is a plus.
