About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads Specialist to create and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and generating leads through strategic ad placements and targeted audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute Meta advertising strategies specifically tailored for the Software Industry industry to generate qualified leads.
  • Create and optimize lead generation funnels that directly impact ROI by driving conversions from targeted businesses.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance across Meta platforms, adjusting strategies in real time to improve return on ad spend (ROAS) and lower cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, backed by a strong portfolio of high-performing projects on Software services.
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads Manager and related platforms, with working knowledge of additional tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics to track and improve ad performance.
  • Creative flair with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and collaborate on engaging visual content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple campaigns while meeting tight deadlines.
  • In-depth understanding of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm shifts to maintain competitive campaign strategies.
