Seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage financial operations, prepare statements and reports, handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping and data entry.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Manage payroll, taxes, and other government filings.
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Liaise with auditors for financial audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in finance is beneficial.
- Strong ethical conduct and confidentiality in handling financial matters.
