Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to spearhead our growth through impactful collaborations with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, medical institutions, and healthcare stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will leverage their existing network within the healthcare industry to forge long-term relationships that drive business growth, revenue targets, and brand positioning.

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the pharma ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive business growth and revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for partners and ensure mutual value creation.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of collaboration with partners.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or key account management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • A strong network and understanding of the pharma ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
