Lead Warehouse Operations Specialist

As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all general warehouse functions, including housekeeping, preparing and checking shipments, unloading & loading, and counting inventory. You will also be responsible for driving a forklift and operating other warehouse equipment to stack and move products.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist in loading, unloading, picking, staging, stacking, and moving of product.
  • Ensure daily operations are performed timely and accurately.
  • Assist in reviewing daily workloads and redistributing assignments to meet required deadlines.
  • Assist management with inventory control and training warehouse employees.
  • Interact with vendors and customers and other employees to ensure customer satisfaction and effective and timely problem resolution.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; or two years plus related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs unassisted.
  • Ability to understand and implement verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to communicate and work effectively with other people.
