Digital Marketing Operations Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept professional to drive operational excellence in our digital marketing operations. As a Digital Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient project management, timely marketing execution, and cross-functional alignment across teams. Your primary goal will be to act as the backbone of web marketing operations, streamlining digital requirements, and being responsible for digital asset publishing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for the technical delivery of website campaigns, including site redesigns, new feature implementations, landing pages, and content publishing updates.
  • Project management of multiple initiatives for the Digital Marketing team, from project inception to completion, ensuring cross-functional involvement and accountability.
  • Act as the point contact for publishing new web pages, ensuring adequate QA is conducted to a high standard and risks are mitigated while keeping deliverables on track.
  • Translate complex web marketing requirements into well-defined technical requests for the Engineering team, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing and Engineering, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration and technical alignment.
  • Optimize marketing operations by managing project management tools such as Jira to track progress, measure team performance, and report execution status.
  • Lead strategic planning initiatives to ensure marketing operations are data-driven, scalable, and adaptable to changing business needs.
