About This Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager to join our team at Creative Chaos. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading project planning and management for established initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans that align with company goals and client requirements.
  2. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including managers and technical personnel, to ensure successful project execution.
  3. Continuously monitor project progress and provide regular reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
  4. Provide proactive communication and support to involved personnel, identifying problems and implementing efficiency improvements.
  5. Analyze project plans and provide actionable feedback on cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
  6. Review and approve proposed modifications on project plans, ensuring beneficial changes are implemented.
  7. Oversee the analysis, design and development of mobile and web application development projects.
  8. Implement Agile based methodologies to ensure quality project delivery.
  9. Lead and manage a team of software developers, SQAs and designers.
  10. Stay up-to-date with relevant trends and industry news to anticipate future project needs.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant field.
  2. 10-12 years of software development work experience, with 3-4 years in a project/development manager role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks and experience implementing them.
  4. Demonstrated understanding of project management processes, strategies and methods.
  5. Ability to work in US central Time Zone.
  6. Experience mentoring and developing rising talent in the technology department.
  7. Offshore software development experience.
  8. Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Professional Project Management and Agile Certification preferred.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
