You will be responsible for leading the development of consumer-loved experiences in the out-of-home (Food Service) channel, shaping the evolution of our bulk portfolio, driving Horeca & parlor partnerships, and building new consumption occasions through innovation and premiumization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a sharp understanding of FS demand spaces (Horeca, catering, leisure, parlor/kiosk) and evolving operator/consumer needs.
  • Own and influence the 6Ps of marketing to drive penetration, market share, and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to land innovations with excellence.
  • Deliver launch plans for new formats and premium concepts.
  • Translate FS strategy into execution plans for Horeca, parlors, kiosks, and leisure.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Skills: Strong analytical and financial acumen, creative mindset, end-to-end marketing management, ability to rally stakeholders around a shared vision.
  • Ablility to balance premium storytelling with data-driven rigor.
  • Experiences & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 2–4 years' experience in Marketing, proven track record of working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
