Position: Chief of Staff

Location: Head Office, Karachi

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff (CoS) will serve as the CEO's strategic partner, ensuring effective execution of priorities, alignment across departments, and organizational efficiency. This role demands strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive impact across all department.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate CEO's vision into actionable strategies and initiatives.

* Coordinate with departmental heads to ensure smooth collaboration and execution.

* Monitor organizational KPIs, identify risks, and recommend solutions.

* Prepare and manage leadership meetings, agendas, and follow-ups.

* Draft reports, presentations, and communication for internal and external stakeholders.

* Represent CEO's office in meetings and manage key stakeholder relationships.

* Lead cross-functional projects (e.g., new store openings, digital transformation, CSR, employer branding).

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business/Management (MBA preferred).

* 5–8 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, or senior management (FMCG/QSR preferred).

* Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* High integrity, professionalism, and ability to influence at senior levels.

* Strong business acumen with knowledge of QSR/FMCG dynamics.
