Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced financial professional to oversee the management of tokenized asset portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial structuring, custody, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor tokenized real-world assets, including real estate, commodities, and financial instruments.
  • Oversee financial operations related to asset holding, valuations, NAV calculations, and token issuance cycles.
  • C Coordinate with custodians, auditors, and legal teams to maintain proper asset custody and proof-of-reserve.
  • E Ensure compliance with local and international regulations (AML, KYC, FATF, etc.).
  • L Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and investor performance dashboards on the platform.
  • W Work with blockchain developers to align smart contract asset flows with financial reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial asset management, fund administration, or custody services.
  • Strong understanding of tokenization, blockchain-based assets, and DeFi ecosystems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in fintech or asset management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
