Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed engineering project plans, schedules, and processes.

As a key member of the project team, you will coordinate cross-functional activities including procurement, production, quality, and logistics. You will monitor project progress and update project documentation and status reports regularly.

You will identify project risks and issues, escalating and supporting mitigation efforts proactively. Additionally, you will facilitate communication and meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Supporting vendor management and procurement processes related to project needs is also a crucial aspect of this role. You will track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery.

Lastly, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed engineering project plans, schedules, and processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or equivalent engineering degree.

5 to 10 years of experience in project management or engineering project coordination, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, or FMCG sectors.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
