We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and compliance.

  • The role requires conducting thorough financial analysis and generating reports to aid in strategic decision-making for the organization.
  • Ensuring compliance with tax regulations and managing timely filing of necessary tax documentation is also a key responsibility.
  • Collaboration with team members to conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial records is crucial.
  • Utilization of advanced Excel skills to create detailed financial models, forecasts, and reports is necessary.
  • Facilitating payroll processing and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies is also a key aspect of this role.
  • Assisting in continuous improvement of financial processes through implementation of best practices is an ongoing requirement.
  • Managing and mentoring a team member, providing guidance and support for professional development, is also an important responsibility.
  • Communicating financial insights and updates effectively, ensuring stakeholders have access to vital information, is essential.
