Senior Accounts Executive Payables

The role of a Senior Accounts Executive Payables is to support the accounting operations of the UK head office. This involves managing accounts payable in the system, recording vendor service invoices on a daily basis, reconciling invoices with vendor quotes and initiating queries where discrepancies are found.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing payment runs on a weekly basis for invoices due, recording credit notes in shipments and vendor accounts, setting up new vendors in the system, adding relevant information such as contact details and credit limits allowed.

The ideal candidate will also reconcile bank payments on a weekly and monthly basis, report reconciled balances, record local payments, initiate requests for approval, manage petty cash, issue cash for expenses and advances, and later reconcile each head.
