Training and Development Professional Job Description
We seek a skilled Training and Development Professional to join our team and contribute to the creation of engaging and effective training programs. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop strategies to address them.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in learning and development, with experience in designing and delivering training programs. They will also have strong facilitation and communication skills, as well as experience working with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement training programs that meet organizational needs
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and develop effective solutions
- Design and deliver training sessions that promote knowledge retention and transfer
- Monitor training outcomes and report on effectiveness and ROI
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and online training sessions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and content
- Promote a culture of learning and career development across departments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms
- L&D or HR-related certifications will be an advantage
