Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fundraising & Corporate Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, fundraising, and investor relations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing investor presentations, managing end-to-end fundraising processes, and supporting the executive team in engaging with investors and stakeholders.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing investor presentations, fundraising materials, and financial models.
  • Managing end-to-end fundraising processes.
  • Supporting the executive team in engaging with investors and stakeholders.
  • Conducting financial analysis and scenario planning.
  • Monitoring company performance and preparing periodic reports.
  • Building relationships with investors, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business administration (required).
  • Master's degree (MBA or MSc Finance) preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus.
  • 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, or investor relations.
Key Skills

The successful candidate will possess the following key skills:

  • Corporate finance and fundraising expertise.
  • Advanced financial modeling skills.
  • Knowledge of fundraising instruments.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and financial databases.
  • Strategic thinking with strong communication skills.
Work Experience

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, venture capital, or investor relations is required.
