Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Incharge to manage our raw materials related to martial arts uniforms and boxing equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on knowledge of materials such as cotton fabric, polycotton, PU/PVC leather, foam, Velcro, and elastic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations and ensure timely supply of quality materials to the production department.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of raw materials used in martial arts uniforms and boxing equipment.
  • Be proficient in using ERP software for inventory and stock management.
  • Possess strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ensure accuracy in stock handling and perform regular stock counts and audits.
  • Familiarity with FIFO/FEFO inventory methods.
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, email, inventory systems).
  • Good communication and coordination with procurement and production teams.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety and material handling protocols.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience in store/inventory management.

- In-depth knowledge of raw materials used in martial arts uniforms and boxing equipment.

- Proficient in using ERP software for inventory and stock management.

- Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
