As a Senior Chemical Engineer, you will oversee the entire chemical process in our football manufacturing operations. This role requires someone with expertise in managing chemicals and adhesives to ensure efficient and safe handling, storage, and usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Chemical Management
  • Oversee the comprehensive chemical inventory, including expiry dates, precise labeling, and up-to-date MSDS documentation.
  • Perform thorough quality inspections and chemical testing of raw materials, adhesives, inks, foams, and coatings.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize chemical processes to ensure strict adherence to local and international safety and environmental standards.
  • Design and implement robust chemical safety protocols and deliver effective training programs for factory personnel.
  • Ensure proper waste management and environmental compliance in all chemical handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external laboratories to secure necessary chemical certifications and documentation.
  • Work closely with R&D, Production, and Quality Assurance departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications
  • BSc or MSc in Chemical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in prominent chemical companies or established manufacturing setups.
  • Profound knowledge of chemical safety regulations, ISO standards, and factory compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proven proficiency in laboratory testing techniques.
