We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Commerce Expert to oversee our Amazon Business account.
About the Role:
- Managing Amazon Business Account: Responsible for managing and optimizing our Amazon Business account.
- Driving Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to boost sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and increase brand visibility.
- Data Analysis: Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with Amazon representatives to resolve issues and escalate concerns as needed.
- Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with Amazon's evolving policies, procedures, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience managing Amazon Business accounts or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Amazon Policies Understanding: Strong understanding of Amazon's policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
