Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Key Highlights:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Operations Executive. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication between clients, engineers, and internal teams.

About the Role:

This position plays a pivotal part in coordinating with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely task execution and resolution of service requests. You will manage client communication via calls, messages, and emails in a professional and responsive manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle property-related and maintenance service coordination, ensuring smooth logistical flow
  • Maintain real-time communication with both field and back-office teams
  • Own assigned tasks with minimal supervision and ensure all responsibilities are followed through to completion
