Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to support our procurement team in Lahore. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing purchase orders from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and record purchase indents into the purchase indent register.
  • Verify vendor lists and prepare purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of purchase orders via mail or fax.
  • Monitor receipt of goods from vendors according to schedule.
  • Inspect materials received from vendors and dispatch them to the factory as needed.
  • Update the purchase indent register with GRIR received from the factory.
  • Assist in purchasing general items on cash from morale and send them to the factory.
  • Support manager and purchase officers in re-evaluating vendors and preparing vendor reassessment forms.
  • Record important material particulars in the import indent register.
