
Support Services Manager

About the Role:
The Support Services Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient office workflows.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver general administrative support, including data entry, filing, document management, and record-keeping.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the relevant departments or personnel.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars to facilitate communication.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and other essential documents.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed to prevent stockouts.
- Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and other materials for team members.
- Manage correspondence and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with effective task prioritization.
