About the Role:

The Support Services Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and efficient office workflows.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver general administrative support, including data entry, filing, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the relevant departments or personnel.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate calendars to facilitate communication.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and other essential documents.
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies and order as needed to prevent stockouts.
  • Assist with preparing documents, presentations, and other materials for team members.
  • Manage correspondence and filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other productivity software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse communication styles.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with effective task prioritization.
