Global Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking experienced technical professionals to provide exceptional support services to our global clients.
- Manage support systems, live chats, phone calls, and tickets/emails with a high level of efficiency.
- Administer Linux servers and oversee technical operations, including implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and usage monitoring.
- Provide top-notch customer support by administering and maintaining web hosting services and servers to support business operations and end users.
- Follow up on customer issues via the Helpdesk and offer necessary assistance in a timely manner.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking.
- Strong knowledge of Hosting Control Panels like cPanel, WHM, Plesk, etc.
- Sound understanding of Linux servers and their management.
- Familiarity with ticket management systems and proficient command of Linux command line.
- Knowledge of shell scripting and virtualization technologies (Xen, XenServer, VMware, Hyper-V).
- Ability to manage customer VPS and dedicated servers and troubleshoot reported issues effectively.
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the web hosting industry and Linux server administration.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and ability to maintain databases and server backups.
This role requires strong foundational skills in Linux and Windows, as well as exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in technical support and possess strong English communication skills.
