
Learning Program Developer

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a creative and skilled Learning Program Developer to join our team at Parhlo. As a Learning Program Developer, you will design and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employee performance.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in HRM or a related field and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in consultancy, education, or corporate settings. They will also possess excellent presentation skills, training program designing skills, and training management skills.
In this role, you will conduct thorough training needs analysis using surveys, interviews, and focus groups to assess performance gaps. You will also prepare a comprehensive monthly learning calendar that aligns with business objectives.
