Key Account Sales Representative

The Key Account Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and executing key processes to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with high-value customers to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and follow up on client deliveries, payments, and receivables to ensure timely and efficient transactions.
- Create tailored quotations and process sales orders in a prompt and professional manner.
- Cultivate customer feedback on our services and products to identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate stock status information to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Follow up on delivered items to ensure they meet customer expectations and address any issues promptly.
- Effectively manage display items, including placement, pricing, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Track customer orders through the system and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless delivery coordination.
- Respond to customer complaints, forward them to the necessary section, and follow up to resolve issues related to goods and shortages in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Comply with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.
