Key to our financial success is the role of Expert Financial Planning & Analysis, a key position within our FP&A Central team. This expert will be responsible for managing our financial planning and analysis functions.

Main Responsibilities
  • We are seeking an individual who can maintain and update our consolidated and SBU-wise financial planning models to ensure accuracy and alignment with business assumptions.
  • The selected candidate will collaborate with our FP&A business partners and other finance teams to analyze variances in P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow against budgets and forecasts.
  • This expert will work closely with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, and other functions to review assumptions and incorporate inputs into financial statements and planning models.
  • The ideal candidate will coordinate with stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely submission of planning deliverables.
  • Preparation, analysis, and presentation of impact analyses and overlays will be a key part of this role.
  • The selected individual will support group-level planning by coordinating and consolidating non-financial KPIs.
  • Additionally, they will prepare segment-wise profitability and cash flow analyses for SBUs.
  • Liaising with relevant stakeholders to prepare planning presentations and reports will also be a key responsibility.
