We're seeking a talented Motion UI Designer to join our team.

Job Summary

As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences through engaging motion graphics, animations, and transitions. You will collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and product teams to bring interfaces to life and communicate functionality clearly and intuitively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and animate UI elements such as buttons, transitions, page flows, microinteractions, and onboarding animations.
  • Work with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of motion into digital products.
  • Translate static designs into engaging motion concepts and prototypes using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Principle.
  • Advocate for motion design as part of the overall user experience and interface strategy.
  • Evaluate how motion enhances usability and accessibility, not just aesthetics.
  • Maintain a consistent motion design system aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and iterative development cycles.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Animation, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 2 years of experience in motion design, UI animation, or interaction design.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing motion design in digital products.
  • Proficiency in motion tools such as Adobe After Effects, Principle, Figma (with prototyping), and Lottie.
  • A solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with 3D motion design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D).
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards for motion (e.g., reduced motion settings).
  • The ability to create motion guidelines and documentation for development teams.
