  • Work with teams to plan and execute projects in PHP and open source applications, ensuring realistic estimates for timelines while meeting deadlines.","
  • Track and report project status, assigning work to appropriate teams and defining project scope.","
  • Demonstrate leadership to commercial clients through deployment of software enhancements and fixes.","
  • Serve as technical lead in client meetings and evolve software system applications as needed.","
  • Provide guidance and leadership to team members, coaching and motivating them to optimal performance levels.","

  • Coding skills in VB, .NET, ASP, PHP, etc.","
  • Knowledge of databases and DBMSs like MYSQL, MSSQL Server 2002 AND SERIES, MS Access etc.","
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.","
  • 2+ years of management/ leadership experience in a software development organization required.","
  • 1+ year of experience delivering software through the design, development, release cycle.","
  • Large/ enterprise application development experience preferred.","
  • Strong understanding of the software development cycle.","
  • Leadership, project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills.","
