Job Title: Key Talent Acquisitions Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various functions within the organization, including recruitment, organizational development, compensation and benefits administration, performance management, payroll operations, and employee relations.

  • Recruitment: Identify, select, and hire top talent to fill key positions.
  • Organizational Development: Develop and implement initiatives to enhance organizational performance and efficiency.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Performance Management: Establish and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • At least four years of relevant work experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proficiency in payroll/time management applications and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
