About this Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Operating Theater department, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care in a safe and efficient manner.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Schedule and coordinate surgical procedures, ensuring that all necessary resources are available.
  2. Oversee the work of OT staff, providing guidance and support to help them meet their full potential.
  3. Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote infection control, quality improvement, and patient safety.
  4. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an OT Manager or in a similar role in a reputable hospital.
  • Strong knowledge of OT-related matters, including infection control principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
