About the Role

As a Performance Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving the success of local eCommerce brands through effective ad campaigns on Meta and Google.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, and scaling ad campaigns, managing ad budgets, and executing full-funnel strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and retention. Additionally, you will work with designers and copywriters to develop and test high-performing creatives, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for better return on ad spend (ROAS).

This role requires strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and maintain performance under pressure. If you are passionate about scaling eCommerce brands and managing performance at a serious level, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and scale ad campaigns on Meta and Google for local eCommerce brands
  • Manage ad budgets across multiple accounts
  • Execute full-funnel strategies including prospecting, retargeting, and retention
  • Work with designers and copywriters to develop and test high-performing creatives
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize for better ROAS
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in performance marketing for local eCommerce brands
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads including Search, Shopping, and YouTube
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns, reduce cost per purchase, and improve ROAS
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, GA4, and conversion tracking tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and maintain performance under pressure
