About the Role

As an IT&D Manager, you will be a key player in driving digital transformation and inspiring teams to deliver excellence. We are seeking a skilled leader who can foster business growth, drive financial targets, and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create effective partnerships with global, area, regional, and local management teams to ensure project delivery meets relevant priorities.
  • Develop and implement IT strategies that align with business objectives and drive quality benchmarks.
  • Contribute to the development of regional IT strategies and their successful implementation in the country.
  • Manage the country's IT budget and ensure alignment with regional and global standards.
  • Protect IT environments from physical and logical intrusion by implementing robust security protocols.
  • Promote a user-centric approach to IT services and ensure they meet business needs.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor relationships to benefit the company.
  • Stay up-to-date with IT trends, identify areas for improvement, and highlight potential benefits.
