About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and communicative Partnership Manager to lead outreach and relationship-building efforts with high-profile personalities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing public relations or influencer partnerships, particularly involving international influencers and celebrities. This role demands strong organizational skills, exceptional written communication, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage partnerships with influencers, celebrities, and public figures to promote brand initiatives.
  • Draft compelling outreach messages and partnership proposals to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Handle communication and coordination with influencer managers and agents.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with partnership efforts.
  • Track and report on outreach performance, partnership effectiveness, and campaign ROI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1–5 years of experience in public relations, influencer marketing, or partnership management.
  • Proven experience engaging international celebrities or influencers is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent email writing and communication skills—attention to tone, clarity, and professionalism is critical.
  • Highly responsive, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile to close partnerships.
  • Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple conversations at once.
  • Around-the-clock availability for priority communications
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Knowledge of securing placements in podcasts, TV segments, online publications, or magazines.
  • Familiarity with media outreach platforms and public relations tools.
