Senior Manager Position Overview


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic partnerships with educational institutions to create academic and professional pathways for TCF alumni.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of outreach and alumni initiatives at the school level.
  • Mentor a team of outreach coordinators, coaches, and counselors to build capacity and enhance field implementation.
  • Develop national-level campaigns and interventions to raise education awareness and promote scholarship opportunities among communities.
  • Oversee student counseling, including academic, career, and socio-emotional support, ensuring holistic development of alumni.
  • Travel extensively across regions to engage stakeholders, monitor programs, and maintain strong on-ground presence.
  • Design and implement scalable programs in personal growth, values education, and leadership development.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasting, and reporting to optimize resource utilization and financial oversight.
  • Foster and nurture TCF alumni communities across Pakistan.
  • Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to scholarship recipients to ensure success despite contextual challenges.
  • Identify and mentor future alumni leaders to build a pipeline for community and organizational leadership roles.
  • Represent the organization externally in forums, partnerships, and collaborations, upholding its vision and values.
