We're seeking an experienced AI development specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be working at the forefront of AI innovation, designing and developing autonomous AI agents that can reason, learn, and interact with users and systems effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop AI-Powered Agents
  • Implement LLM-based Architectures and Optimize Multi-Agent Collaboration
  • Work with Cutting-Edge Frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, and OpenAI APIs
  • Research and Apply Techniques in Reasoning, Memory Management, and Decision-Making for AI Agents
  • Fine-Tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Develop Custom AI Solutions
  • Leverage NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Graph Neural Networks (GNNs) to Enhance AI Performance
  • Optimize AI Agent Behaviors Based on Real-World Interactions and Feedback

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in AI/ML Engineering with a Strong Focus on AI Agents
  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Cloud-Based AI Services
  • Hands-On Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.) and Fine-Tuning Models
  • Strong Understanding of Reinforcement Learning, Prompt Engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
