Job Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Lahore. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. You will also focus on employer branding to attract top talent and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates who meet the company's standards.
  • Focusing on employer branding to create a positive image of the company and attract top talent.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Expertise in Employer Branding, with a deep understanding of what drives business growth.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Timings: 4 PM - 1 AM (adjustable)
