Job Title: Senior Compliance Specialist

The Opportunity

We are seeking a senior compliance specialist to ensure the effectiveness of our internal compliance programs and controls. This role involves conducting compliance audits, risk assessments, and providing guidance to various departments to foster a culture of compliance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal compliance programs and controls.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Identify and assess compliance risks within the organization.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, risk management, or related field; master's degree preferred. Qualifications in audit (e.g., ACCA, Certified Internal Auditor) are a plus.
