Job Overview

Audit Assistant Managers play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building profitable relationships by maintaining a link between customers and the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with sales, production stakeholders, and other functional teams to ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests via all modes of communication.
  • Handle customer complaints according to company procedures and service standards.
  • Communicate with customers and vendors regarding the latest customer developments and work with supervisors to maintain updated customer profile information.
  • Use standardized forms and work with supervisors to maintain updated records as required by ISO procedures.
  • Acknowledge new orders by email and forward them to the central order desk if necessary.
  • Verify customer order information.
  • Coordinate follow-ups with customers for unclean orders to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with GPD for new item setup.
  • Work with finance to set up new customer accounts along with necessary documents.
  • Check data and release it in the system as per customer order forms.
  • Assist customers with data issues like non-availability or incorrect data.
  • Share layouts with customers for approval and inform the order management team for processing after approval.
  • Provide proforma invoices to customers for official purchase orders or advanced payment arrangements.
  • Share daily dispatch details with customers.
  • Keep customers informed about open orders status on a bi-weekly, weekly, or fortnightly basis.
  • Investigate root causes of customer complaints with the supervisor's assistance and implement corrective actions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experience in handling corporate customers, preferably in an export industry.
  • Strong active listening and communication skills.
  • Empathy and patience.
  • Integrity.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Google tools.
  • Effective time management.
