Business Development Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to contribute to our growth as a business development specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for converting leads into potential clients, building strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize effective communication and sales strategies to convert leads into potential clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to improve our services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Working Hours: 12 PM to 9 PM
