Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult education, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to develop and deliver engaging training content.

The role involves developing training content and delivering workshops in our Science and Maths portfolio. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and orienting the sales team with the latest products and market trends/opinions.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong school education and university degree in Education, preferably with a Master's qualification.
  • A teaching qualification such as PGCE or ECCE certification is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and Deliver Training Content: Create engaging and effective training programs for teachers and educators in our Science and Maths portfolio.

2. Marketing and Sales Support: Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve promotional objectives and sales targets.

3. Market Analysis and Orientation: Analyze market trends, competitors' products, and provide insights to the sales team.

4. Interpersonal and Presentation Skills: Develop strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders through excellent communication and presentation skills.

5. Travel and Adaptability: Be prepared to travel frequently and adapt to changing circumstances.
