Job Description

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining scalable full-stack applications with a strong focus on performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing reusable components within the design system to ensure responsive and accessible UIs.
  • Developing secure APIs using Node.js and supporting integration with external services.
  • Collaborating in Agile teams participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues proactively managing technical debt.
  • Utilizing GitHub for source control contributing to code reviews and best practices.
  • Clearly communicating project status and technical insights with teammates and stakeholders.
  • Working with Google Cloud Platform services to manage storage solutions like Google Buckets and leveraging Docker and CLI tools.
Core Tech Stack

The ideal candidate should have experience working with the following technologies:

  • Frontend: React, TailwindCSS, and React Aria emphasizing intuitive data-driven UIs.
  • Backend: Node.js, Feathers/Express, and MongoDB with Elasticsearch experience considered strong.
  • Infrastructure: GCP-hosted applications running in Kubernetes environment requiring Docker knowledge.
AI & Advanced Integrations

Exposure to innovative AI projects including:

  • Implementing semantic search powered by vector embeddings in Elasticsearch.
  • Leveraging Vertex AI and Google Gemini for intelligent document Q&A.
  • Developing multi-file Q&A capabilities.
  • Building AI agents supporting customer profiling insights and opportunity discovery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven full-stack development experience with React and Node.js mandatory.
  • Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and modern component library usage.
  • Experience using Jira, Slack, or equivalent collaboration tools.
  • Passion for AI/LLM applications with hands-on experience advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work with at least 4 hours overlap during US morning hours.
