Marketing Strategy Lead

Job Description:

As a Marketing Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

You will plan and manage campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, website, and paid media. Your goal is to create high-performing content strategies, from landing pages and blogs to email flows and social posts.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging. You will analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and ensure ROI.

Market research and competitor analysis are essential components of this role, as you will inform positioning and develop effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
  • Plan and manage campaigns across digital platforms
  • Create and oversee high-performing content strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency
  • Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership or cross-functional role
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, paid social, email, and content marketing)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
  • A data-driven mindset with proven ability to optimize based on insights
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
