Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Local SEO Manager to oversee our clients' SEO efforts and manage multiple accounts. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who can develop innovative SEO strategies, test new approaches, and optimize team performance for exceptional results.

The successful candidate will build upon our proven strategies, leveraging data from successful campaigns to achieve outstanding outcomes. They will be responsible for developing and leading SEO strategies, focusing on Local SEO to boost search visibility for multi-location businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles, ensuring accurate and engaging information for all locations.
  • Build and maintain local citations across relevant directories, ensuring NAP data consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights.
  • Create and optimize localized content, including landing pages and service descriptions, to drive local traffic.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and tailor our services to meet their expectations.
  • Conduct SEO audits and implement improvements to enhance performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate SEO with broader marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on Local SEO trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies proactively.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in SEO.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing SEO Teams.
  • Expertise in Local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile management.
  • Leadership experience managing and guiding an SEO team.
  • Proficient with SEO tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, search algorithms, and local SEO tools.
  • Background in a digital marketing agency is required.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
