Job Description

As a key member of our team, the Presales Triage Specialist plays a vital role in managing incoming opportunities, ensuring accurate evaluation and prompt assignment to the appropriate Solution Architect or resolution team.

  • Provide high-quality triage support for sales opportunities, SA support requests, and inquiries received via various channels.
  • Review and assess incoming opportunities to guarantee accurate information and required details are captured.
  • Update/modify opportunity records within CRM tools with precision.
  • Swiftly assign opportunities to the suitable Solution Architect or escalation group based on predefined SOP guidelines.
  • Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders regarding opportunity status and next steps.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and escalation of unassigned or aging opportunities according to established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Meet productivity, accuracy, and quality targets as defined by the department.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members on opportunity intake processes, routing procedures, and best practices.
  • Contribute to creating and maintaining documentation, playbooks, and process guides that enhance triage workflows and efficiency.
